The Oracle Management Pack is capable of monitoring a wide range of Oracle versions, this article shows which versions are supported
The latest version of the Oracle Management Pack, v25.02.4395.0, uses the Client ODAC package 23.7.0, also known as ODAC client 23c. Since ODAC defines which Oracle database versions can be accessed and queried, the Oracle Management Pack inherits those limitations.
According to Oracle’s own system requirements, access to Oracle databases using the Oracle Data Provider for .NET (ODP.NET) requires Oracle version 19c or later. While ODAC 23c may retain limited backward compatibility, only Oracle versions 12.1.0.2 through 23c are officially supported and validated for use with this Management Pack.

Monitoring older versions (below 12.1.0.2): Some functionality may still appear to work when connecting to older Oracle versions (e.g., 11g), but this is not guaranteed or supported. You may encounter inconsistent behavior or incomplete data.
