OpsLogix B.V. (“OpsLogix”, “We” or “Our”, as applicable) recognizes that our customers value their right to privacy and want to be assured that any personal information that they provide to us will be used in accordance with their wishes. OpsLogix is committed to ensuring that you are fully informed as to how your personal information will be used and this Privacy Policy describes how OpsLogix uses information about our visitors collected on the OpsLogix website.

1. Types of Information Collected. From time to time OpsLogix will require you to provide certain information and details, including your name, company, title, country and e-mail address. OpsLogix’s system logs some basic and generic information from users of our website. Such information includes user IP addresses, user operating system information, and user browser information. 3. Sharing of Information with Third Parties. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices exercised by other providers of products or services, advertisers, other web-sites or any other third-party which may be involved in or linked to OpsLogix’s website or business. This privacy statement does not cover the information practices of those websites linking information. To facilitate mailings, OpsLogix may provide the necessary mailing information to third party contractors that will perform the mailing on our behalf. OpsLogix shall take reasonable measures to ensure that all third party contractors used by OpsLogix shall have a privacy policy similar to OpsLogix and that they agree to follow all relevant EU regulations.

OpsLogix ‘s website may have chat rooms, newsgroups, bulletin boards, discuss groups or other forums which permit individuals to interact online. Any information you transmit online in such forums will be made public and OpsLogix cannot control, nor is it responsible for, any third party use of such information.

6. Children. This site is a general audience site which is neither designed nor intended to collect personal information from children who are under the age of 13. In order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information to this site. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.

OpsLogix strives to keep information about our customers accurate, complete, and current, and OpsLogix may take reasonable steps to ensure that the information that it receives from you is accurate and kept up to date. You have the right to request that your information be modified or deleted, including any changes to any consents that OpsLogix may request that you sign. You may also ask at any time that your preferences as to the type of communications that you receive from us be modified in order to stop receiving them or to be added to our mailing list.

8. Retention and Storage of Information. OpsLogix will retain your information for a reasonable time as determined by OpsLogix.
