This article will guide you how to install the Ping MP Dashboards in Grafana
In order to use the Ping MP Dashboards in Grafana you need to have the SCOM Datasource Plugin installed and configured in your Grafana environment. If you haven't done that yet here is the guide to do that.

After you have that working make sure you have the 2 files for the dashboards ("Ping Overview.json" and "Ping Detail.json) available for import. These files shall be included in the Ping MP files.
1. Go to the Dashboard section in Grafana.
2. (Optional) If you want to put the Dashboards in a seperate folder either creat a folder and/or select the folder you want to import the Dashboards into.
3. Select New and then click on Import.
4. Drag and drop the file "Ping Overview.json" into this area, change the name if you want to, make sure you have the correct datasource selected and then press Import.
5. Now you should have an Dashboard that looks similar to this.
6. Go to the same dashboard folder where you imported the first dashboard and then press New - Import.
7. Drag and drop the file "Ping Detail.json" into this area, change the name if you want to, make sure you have the correct datasource selected and then press Import.
This will result in an empty dashboard but don't worry because it will work as we explain in the next step.
8. Go to the Ping Overview Dashboard and try to click on one of the Instances.
This should result in that you get directed to the Ping Detail dashboard for that Instance.
Now all the dashboards are imported and should work as expected.
