Yes, you retain ownership of all your data.

The OpsLogix SCOM ServiceNow Connector is a Managed Application, this means it runs in your Azure Subscription.

We only have access to the connector tool itself in order to be able to update/upgrade it.

All the information that flows over the connector is never collected or stored, this is by design
