KB: VMware Configuration Dashboard is not being displayed or throws an error

If you receive an error message while opening the VMware Management Pack configuration dashboard or you don’t see any dashboard it could be that the distribution of the dashboard isn’t complete yet.

• Wait 5 minutes
• Try restarting the Operations Manager Console.
• Try clearing the cache of the Operations Manager Console
• Check if you are member of the SCOM administrators User Role group
