Oracle Management Pack Monitors , Discoveries and Rules
An overview of the monitors, rules and discoveries in the Opslogix Oracle management packs, with their default thresholds and intervals.

This list shows all monitors, rules and discoveries in the Opslogix Oracle management packs, with their default settings in V26.11.4544.0. You can change thresholds, intervals and the enabled state with SCOM overrides.
Backups: the backup monitors read V$RMAN_STATUS, so they only see backups made with RMAN. Backups made with other tools, for example storage snapshots, are not detected. Without RMAN backups the backup age monitors stay Healthy, by design. The Failed Backups monitor alerts when the latest run of an RMAN backup type failed. How to read the thresholds: for monitors where a low value is healthy (for example tablespace usage or backup age), the monitor turns Warning above the first value and Critical at or above the second value. For monitors where a high value is healthy (for example hit ratios), it turns Warning below the first value and Critical at or below the second value. Roll-up monitors combine the health of the objects below them.
