New release Blackberry Management Pack

The Intelligent Management Pack for Blackberry checks the status of your BlackBerry Enterprise Server infrastructure as a whole, checking every individual component providing a comprehensive state and performance viewfor your Blackberry Enterprise Server infrastructure. Furthermore, it not only alerts& reports on BlackBerry Enterprise Server issues, but also monitors the most critical component; the SRP connection to RIM. In this release we’ve added Blackberry Version 5 support, an extensive class model, a Distributed Application, configurable monitors through overrides, Knowledge for every monitor and reports taking advantage of the new OpsMgr 2007 R2 reporting features. The 18-page guide helps you understand all features and provide a smooth installation.
Various customers tested our Intelligent Management Pack for Blackberry during the beta program in their production environment and provided us with feedback. This enabled us to provide a stable and high quality management pack.
