Payment & Price Changes

Payment & Price Changes

A FEW IMPORTANT CHANGES

We would like to inform you about price changes across the entire product line of OpsLogix, payments & payment methods starting from May 1st, 2019:

A 2% price hike across all OpsLogix product lines due to inflation.

We always strive to offer great pricing for our products to our customers and avoid unnecessary price increases. However, we can’t avoid global inflation rates and we’ll have to adjust our prices accordingly.

The last OpsLogix price hike was in 2017 regarding our VMware Management Pack and before that in 2014.

Payments made by PayPal will be charged an additional 2.9% surcharge, due to PayPal policy.

Online transactions with funds coming from inside the U.S.—the fee is 2.9 percent of the transaction amount. Plus, a fixed fee of 30 cents.

OpsLogix will stop cashing cheques from 2020 onwards.

The use of cheques has fallen sharply in recent years. As a result, fewer and fewer customers are cashing them. Processing is done manually and is relatively time-consuming. Moreover, cheques are susceptible to fraud.

If you have any questions regarding the changes mentioned contact us at sales@opslogix.com.
