Community values our network monitoring solution

Monday 28 June 2010 Opslogix

Marnix Wolf, a dutch Operations Manager MVP and a well-know professional in the community, published a blog article today: [link]. He outlines the need for an objective comparison on the available solutions for network monitoring on the marketplace, based on requirements that customers have. He adresses the document that Jalasoft published in recent weeks where they claim to have the better solution. Marnix does a great job of outlining steps needed to evaluate our (and other) solutions.

He writes: “Just know from what perspective [the Jalasoft document, ed.] has been written. Do not take all for granted”. He continues: “Yes, Jalasoft can monitor many things more deeply and detailed. But when all these extra things are not needed, why add an additional server and interface to manage?” “On top of it all, the costs are also important here. And to be frankly, OpsLogix is way much cheaper compared to Jalasoft. One gets more for less money.”

We would love to hear your opinion as well! We are always available for any kind of feedback at info@opslogix.com. Thank you for taking the time!

To BT (British Telecom), transparency is an important matter. This increases trust, which in turn improves customer satisfaction.” BT’s much-esteemed transparency has been made possible partly thanks to the implementation of Opslogix Network Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
