The OpsLogix SCOM ServiceNow Incident Connector enables you to bring service desk and monitoring data together. It provides a bi-directional connection between SCOM alerts and ServiceNow incidents.
The OpsLogix SCOM ServiceNow Incident Connector allows you to:
Create a ServiceNow incident for any (or selected alerts) in SCOM.
Create (Custom) mappings between SCOM alerts and ServiceNow incidents
Close (or set any other resolution state) when a ServiceNow incident is resolved or changes state.
The OpsLogix ServiceNow SCOM connector provides an easy way to synchronize SCOM alerts with ServiceNow incidents. You don’t need to install any additional software in your SCOM environment and you don’t need to open any additional firewall ports for ServiceNow to communicate with SCOM. All you need to do is configure the connector through the configuration endpoint (webpage) and download/import the generated Management Pack into SCOM.
